Good Faith Estimate Notice: Under the federal No Surprises Act, TheraPride provides all consumers, regardless of physical location, the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. This right applies to any consumer who does not have insurance or is not using insurance to pay for services.

Consumer Access to Health Care Records & Complaint Information Notice: Pursuant to Texas HB 4224 and Texas Health & Safety Code §181.105, TheraPride extends the right to request records, contact licensing boards, and file complaints to all consumers regardless of physical location.
