We are looking for dedicated licensed therapists to join our LGBTQ+ and woman-owned counseling practice. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical training and experience with diverse populations, focusing on inclusive therapy. This remote role involves providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy, with a minimum of 30 billable hours per semi-monthly pay period. Compensation starts at 55% of billable hours, with potential increases based on performance. Candidates must have a relevant master’s degree and a current license in Texas. Best candidate will have representation of LGBTQIA2S+ community or strong ally.
