I aim to create a relaxed, comfortable space for you, whether we’re meeting in person or online. I’m a generalist at heart and enjoy working with people from all walks of life.

Having lived in multiple countries and traveled widely, I bring a broad life experience, deep empathy, and a practical perspective to each session, shaped by the good, the hard, and everything in between. I also offer focused care for sexual compulsivity and drug and alcohol relapse prevention. A part of my practice is serving the LGBTQ+ community. I acknowledge the unique joys and profound challenges of belonging to this community—pressures that have only intensified recently.
