Life can feel unpredictable, even when we try to stay in control and “have everything figured out.” The reality is that many people across Texas reach moments where support, perspective, and guidance become necessary. Therapy offers a space where you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. If you are looking for an affordable therapist, I am here to walk alongside you with care, presence, and collaboration.

I provide counseling services for clients across Texas. I work with adults, couples, college students, college athletes, and working professionals who are seeking affordable, accessible mental health support and meaningful change.

Before entering the field of therapy, I spent over 17 years working across academia, healthcare, finance, and human resources. This professional background allows me to bring a broader, real-world understanding of stress, workplace dynamics, identity, burnout, and life transitions. I value meeting clients where they are, especially those balancing high-pressure environments, school demands, athletic performance, or career transitions.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I prioritize building a genuine, trusting connection with each client. I believe that healing happens through feeling seen, heard, and understood. I also integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs to help you move toward the outcomes that matter most to you.

My goal is to support you in feeling empowered, grounded, and equipped with practical tools and emotional insight. Together, we may explore coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, communication patterns, self-worth, and life direction in a way that feels collaborative and supportive.

Whether you are searching for an affordable therapist in Texas, support for anxiety or stress, help navigating relationships, or guidance through academic or career pressure, I am committed to providing compassionate care and walking with you through your journey.
