For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community in navigating the complexities of living authentically in a world that often places external barriers in their path. My work centers on healing the wounds caused by shame, rejection, and religious trauma, while affirming the inherent worth and strength within each individual.
I have also served the HIV community for over two decades, providing comprehensive care that addresses mental, sexual, and medical health needs. My commitment to holistic well-being has made me a trusted advocate and guide for individuals and couples alike. I specialize in working with queer couples navigating relational changes and exploring consensual non-monogamy, helping them build resilience, intimacy, and communication.
In my practice, I work with clients experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety. I believe that every person is the expert of their own life and that therapy should be a collaborative process of uncovering what is already within. My integrative approach to therapy is tailored to the unique needs of each client, blending Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based modalities.
At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful philosophy: to walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their voices, reimagine their relationships, and rediscover their authentic selves.
