Welcome to a group for individuals to connect, share experiences, and learn new skills to support their ADHD partner, child, or loved one.

Our ADHD Allies group is for individuals to connect, share their experiences, and learn new skills to support your ADHD partner, child, or loved one. We know that ADHD can be difficult to navigate and we wanted to provide a space to educate you on ADHD and the best ways to grow and learn together.

Together, we will explore what life looks like for your loved ones with ADHD, build connections with peers, and advocate for success in the home. We are offering a variety of topics to support you in developing a community while navigating new skills and strategies. Whether your loved one with ADHD is a partner, a child, or a friend – this is a group for you.

We hope that this is a group that can serve you, create success in the family unit, and take some stress off your shoulders.

Duration: 6 weeks
Location: Virtual; Serving Colorado & Texas Residents
When: October 7th – November 11th – Tuesdays 12:00pm (CST)/ 11:00am (MST)  
Cost: $40 per session. 

There is a 6 week commitment and opportunity to split up payments. Pay in full or pay in 2 payments in order to save your spot in the group. We are so happy to have you!

Group Facilitators

Alexandra “Alex” Phillips, MS, LPC-Associate (she/her) is a provisionally licensed therapist (supervised by Robert C. Broyles, MS, LPC-S) committed to guiding individuals who are supporting a loved one with ADHD. Recognizing the unique challenges and emotions that can arise, Alex offers a compassionate and collaborative approach to help you explore your own experiences and build connections with others facing similar journeys. She is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for you to learn new skills, develop positive strategies, and advocate for success in the family unit. By fostering resilience and emotional awareness, Alex aims to empower you to navigate the complexities of ADHD while strengthening your relationship with your loved one.

Caroline Caratini, Intern (she/her) is a graduate intern therapist (supervised by Lisa Kjeseth, MA, LPC, ACS) dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating the challenges of supporting a loved one with ADHD. With a down-to-earth and compassionate approach, she helps you explore your own experiences and build connections with others on a similar journey. Caroline is committed to guiding you as you learn new skills and strategies to support your loved one while also promoting your own healing and self-love. In this group, you’ll work as a team to understand the emotional landscape of ADHD, and build a more integrated and confident sense of self.
