Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

TheraPride, PLLC may issue gift vouchers in varying amounts to individuals, groups, or other entities at our sole discretion. The voucher remains valid until the expiration date indicated on the front and is specific to the named recipient and for the amount indicated on the voucher. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and is non-refundable or transferable. Recipients are encouraged to safeguard the voucher as it will not be reissued if lost or stolen. Any residual balance after utilization will not be reimbursed. TheraPride, PLLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. Such changes will be indicated here. Gift vouchers expire on the “Valid Until” date on the reverse side, and thereafter, becomes void. TheraPride, PLLC reserves the right to annul such vouchers in unforeseen circumstances and to void vouchers with unauthorized alterations or endorsements. In the event of business closure or transition, outstanding vouchers may be invalidated. TheraPride, PLLC may cancel vouchers engaged in unauthorized resale activities.
