You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are. So often, the world doesn’t offer us that, but therapy can. My goal is to co-create that kind of space with you; one where you have agency, where consent and curiosity lead the way, and where your whole self is welcome.
As a Neurodivergent/Queer therapist, I bring lived experience and deep care to my work with clients. I know how powerful it can be to have your identity not just be accepted, but celebrated. My practice is grounded in a commitment to creating affirming, accessible spaces for all. The main thing I want you to take from this bio is that therapy is YOUR space, and if that space is anything less than enthusiastically affirming and nonjudgmental then it’s not yours. Here, we have enough room for all of you.
I’m passionate about working with people who are navigating PTSD, chronic pain, dynamic disabilities, or invisible illnesses. My work centers the experiences of LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent folks, and those navigating chronic pain, dynamic disabilities, and invisible illnesses. I recognize that identity, health, and lived experience are deeply interconnected.
Healing looks different for everybody, and living within a body or identity that is marginalized can bring both fortitude and immense grief.
Together, we’ll explore how to honor your body’s needs, tend to emotional fatigue, and build self-trust through practices rooted in embodiment, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Our work moves at your pace and adapts with you.
Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process, a shared act of care that helps you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or overlooked. This is a space for you to breathe, explore, play, and find a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and this world.
Here, every part of you deserves a seat at the table.
