Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Supervised by Robert Christopher Broyles, MS, LPC-S

Hi! I’m Alexandra Phillips, but you can call me Alex. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who believes in the power of therapy to transform lives. With a Master of Science in counseling from Oklahoma State University, I have worked with clients of all ages, ranging from children and adolescents to adults. My expertise lies in helping clients navigate through life's challenges, particularly in the areas of adjustment, grief, anxiety, and depression. My approach to therapy is grounded in the understanding that every individual has a unique set of life experiences that shape them. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their personal goals and develop skills to lead a happier, healthier life. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and work through difficult issues, while building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and respect. My techniques are tailored to the individual needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the most effective treatment possible. By creating good habits, identifying negative thought patterns, and building a happier lifestyle, I strive to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. With a compassionate and affirming approach, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
