Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions: TheraPride, PLLC may issue gift vouchers in varying amounts to individuals, groups, or other entities at our sole discretion. The voucher remains valid until the expiration date indicated on the front and is specific to the named recipient and for the amount indicated on the voucher. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and is non-refundable or transferable. Recipients are encouraged to safeguard the voucher as it will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
