We offer clinical internships for mental health counseling students and PMHNP preceptor programs designed to support emerging professionals through strong supervision, trauma-informed care, and a focus on long-term sustainability.
Whether you’re beginning your clinical journey or completing required training hours, our programs are built to help you thrive, both in your work and as a whole person.
The TheraPride Internship Experience

Our internship program centers three specific areas: Clinical Excellence, Personal Restoration and Business Ingenuity. In short, we will teach you How to do excellent clinical work, How to sustain as a thriving person and How to make a successful and sustainable career.
Internship Details
- We serve kids, teens, adults, couples and families
- January, June and August start dates
- 12 month commitment
- 10 clinical hours a week with an average of 5 hours additional a week of case management
- Weekly individual supervision
- Virtual
- Diverse professional development opportunities
- Flexible Schedule
- Potential employment offer after completion of internship
- Align with CACREP standards preparing students for LPC exam
