I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale; a space where you are seen, heard, and supported just as you are. My goal is to create a collaborative and welcoming environment where adolescents, women, and families can explore life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating behavioral challenges, trauma, social anxiety, selective mutism, and life transitions. I view every client as a whole person, recognizing that your experiences, relationships, and strengths are unique. Together, we’ll develop practical tools while honoring the parts of your story that have shaped who you are.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I tailor therapy to each individual, integrating evidence-based approaches that fit your needs, goals, and personality. Whether you’re seeking greater confidence, emotional regulation, stronger relationships, or simply a space to process what you’re carrying, we’ll work together to create a path that feels authentic and sustainable.
My journey into counseling was anything but traditional. After building a career and raising my own children, I entered this profession with a deep appreciation for how life’s many transitions can shape us. Those experiences allow me to meet clients with empathy, perspective, and hope. I understand the challenges of balancing responsibilities, navigating change, and caring for others while trying to care for yourself. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you discover your resilience, deepen your self-understanding, and create the life you want to live.
