Hello, and thank you for considering counseling services with me. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming, and affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are; without judgment. My goal is to help clients feel supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges, improve emotional wellness, and create meaningful change.

I am currently a third-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Tarleton State University and hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University. In addition to my graduate training, I bring four years of experience working in community mental health with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, severe mental illness, trauma-related concerns, and life stressors.

I provide affordable counseling services for individuals in Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding Texas communities who are looking for compassionate, accessible mental health support. I understand that finding a therapist who feels like the right fit and who is financially accessible  can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make therapy approachable and supportive from the very beginning.

My counseling approach is rooted in humanistic and person-centered therapy, meaning I believe every individual deserves compassion, authenticity, respect, and the freedom to express themselves openly. I work collaboratively with clients to create an emotionally safe environment where they can explore anxiety, stress, identity development, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, burnout, and personal growth.

I especially enjoy incorporating creativity into the healing process. Therapy sessions may include art, music, mindfulness, creative writing, coping skills, and self-expression exercises to help clients process emotions in ways that feel natural and empowering. I also believe humor can be an important part of healing, creating moments of connection and relief even during difficult conversations.

I am passionate about helping people build resilience, discover their strengths, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether you are seeking affordable therapy in Texas, support for anxiety and stress, identity exploration, relationship concerns, or help navigating life transitions, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your counseling journey.
