Hi I’m Alana, a graduate intern therapist, specializing in Somatic Counseling, and offering affordable mental health services focused on accessibility.

My practice is rooted in deep self-compassion and body awareness, supporting clients in “coming home” to themselves through deeper understanding and acceptance. My work is primarily guided by somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, viewing the body as a source of wisdom and insight.

In our sessions, we gently build awareness of body sensations to develop greater grounding, emotional regulation, and trust in yourself. I specialize in working with trauma recovery, attachment wounds, and personal growth. I am especially passionate about providing a deeply affirming, inclusive, and safe space for the LGBTQ+ community, bringing lived experience and deep care to supporting clients through matters of identity, relationships, and self-acceptance. I strive to offer a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate space for healing where you feel seen and welcomed just as you are.
