Welcome. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with adults, professionals, parents, and couples to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is both compassionate and practical. I believe we are shaped by our biology and life experiences—and while we can’t change the past, we can change how it influences us today. In sessions, we may explore your past and present, uncover patterns, and use strengths-based strategies to create real, lasting change. I offer both supportive insight and direct, goal-oriented guidance when helpful.

Before training as a therapist, I spent over 30 years in Human Resources, including as a Chief People Officer, where I coached and mentored individuals from diverse backgrounds. I bring this real-world experience—along with my roles as a spouse and parent—into the therapy room to create a thoughtful, grounded, and affirming space for reflection and growth.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients on their personal and professional journeys. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you.
