You are the expert on your life. I’m not here to fix you, diagnose your soul, or nod silently while you spiral—I’m here to help you actually use that expertise. My style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real human connection. I will meet you exactly where you are—whether that’s burned out, checked out, over-functioning, or barely holding it together—and we’ll figure out what’s in the way and what to do about it.

Therapy with me is not stiff, cold, or full of vague head nodding. It’s engaging, honest, sometimes blunt, often insightful, and yes—occasionally even fun. You’re allowed to laugh here. You’re also allowed to say the things you “probably shouldn’t say out loud.” That’s usually where the good work starts.

I have a deep respect for people who carry a lot—especially those in high-demand, high-impact roles. First responders, military members, veterans, healthcare workers, educators, faith leaders, and anyone else who’s held to be “the strong one” in the room. If you’re dealing with burnout, secondary trauma, or the quiet exhaustion of always showing up for everyone else, this is a space where you don’t have to perform.

My approach is strengths-based, but let’s be clear—that doesn’t mean surface-level positivity. It means we identify what’s actually working, even if it’s buried under stress, and build from there. I pull from solution-focused and existential approaches, so we’ll balance practical, usable tools with the bigger questions about meaning, identity, and how you want to exist in your life.
Some people come in wanting a clear, efficient plan: “Here’s the problem, help me fix it.” Great. Others want to go deeper, unpack patterns, and understand themselves on a more fundamental level. Also great. We can do either—or both. No one-size-fits-all process here.

My goal is simple: you leave sessions with more clarity, better tools, and a sharper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Not just insight—but something you can actually use when life inevitably gets messy again.

Whatever brings you in, we’ll take it one step at a time. Together. And we’ll probably call out some of your nonsense along the way—in a helpful way.
