I will be on this journey with you while finding solutions, promote healing and rediscover unconditional love for yourself. In this space, you will find unconditional support and attention as we delve into the root causes of your distress and embark on this journey as a team.

As a therapist, I embody a realistic, down-to-earth, empathetic, and compassionate approach. My goal is to create a safe and inviting space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, women’s issues, and currently training in EMDR.

Recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My objective is to assist clients in achieving a more integrated sense of self, liberating them from negative symptoms while fostering confidence and self-love. Mental-wellness is the key to a joy filled life and I will work with you to achieve this.
