Associate Therapist

Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

I’m Michelle, a passionate depth-oriented, holistic psychotherapist trained in gestalt therapy, parts work, mindfulness and yoga. If you are seeking an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, you have come to the right place. I help you explore your inner world, process challenging emotions, navigate relationships, and lovingly reparent yourself to access more presence, joy and inner freedom. I provide a heart-centered, non-judgmental space for you to explore mindfulness, embodiment, sexual wellness, spirituality, growth, meaning-making, and purpose in life. I combine my studies and lived experiences of mind-body science, holistic nutrition and wellness, nervous system health, Eastern traditions, psycho-spiritual transformation, and social justice values to provide a truly integrative approach to healing. I facilitate deep inner work in session and offer tools to practice in daily life. I work with people navigating stress, anxiety/depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I enjoy guiding my clients in building self-confidence and relating to themselves with compassion. I support my clients in reconstructing self-defeating narratives by grounding our experience in critical self-introspection and a growth mindset. The goal is for you to leave every session feeling grounded yet empowered by the possibility of growth present in every challenge that might come your way. I’ve come to learn that people grow through, and towards, human connection. I believe that we are all inherently whole and possess infinite potential towards growth and healing.
