She/Her

Life can be tough, and it takes immense courage to admit that it's okay to not be okay. This realization often marks the beginning of a transformative journey towards lasting change. I am here to support and guide you through it. Many mental health struggles arise from the burden of trying to be strong for too long. That's why I am truly excited to collaborate with motivated clients who are ready to embrace change, work hard, dive deep into their experiences, and possess a teachable spirit. Let's embark on this journey together, fueled by honesty, realism, and a strong desire to have a voice and turn your goals into a shining reality. I will be your unwavering source of encouragement, support, empathy, empowerment, valuable insights, and unconditional acceptance. With a wealth of experience in working with diverse presenting problems, I bring a deep passion and unwavering commitment to helping individuals overcome their challenges. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals learn how to navigate their own lives, possibly for the very first time. Together, we will approach your challenges from a comprehensive biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective. I firmly believe that most presenting problems are deeply rooted in attachment, shame, and trauma. Our goal is to thoughtfully respond to life situations rather than react emotionally, fostering growth, resilience, and well-being. To provide you with the most effective support, I primarily work within the framework of the AIP (Adaptive Information Processing) model, expertly integrating EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) techniques. Additionally, I utilize DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) for resourcing, skill-building, and seamlessly incorporate attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into our EMDR work. This comprehensive approach ensures that we address your needs holistically, empowering you to make transformative changes. I understand the importance of flexibility in therapy. That's why I offer integrated talk therapy and EMDR sessions in person every Tuesday, providing a personal touch. For the rest of the week, I am thrilled to offer online sessions, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Your well-being is my priority, and I'm committed to making our sessions work for you. While the past may have shaped our present, it does not define our future. I have personally experienced the profound impact of counseling during some of the most challenging moments in my own life. This fuels my passion as a direct and compassionate communicator. Together, we will harness these qualities, along with my life experiences, to address your specific needs and tackle long-term challenges head-on. Welcome to a journey of growth, empowerment, and self-discovery. Let's embark on this transformative path together, creating a future that surpasses your wildest dreams.
